How do I view my ADSL usage ?
The Exetel Usage Meter provides the basic quota usage information by calculating your Internet data transfer. This graphical meter and graph provides real-time look at your monthly usage by day/ month as a summary and you can define the time period by using the option Customer Usage Query. The Usage Meter helps you to keep track of the way your account activates and check if there are any excess usage charges.
Usually, the Usage Meter appears once you login to the Members Facilities area or else you can access this by clicking the Members Summary button.
To view ADSL Usage
- Click on View detailed if you require a detailed usage for the month.
- If you require a the usage details for a particular time frame, it can be found under Customer Usage Query
How do I view my mobile broadband usage ?

Mobile usage can be found from your members facility area.
To view mobile Usage
- Select the mobile number which you require the usage and click on View
When is the ADSL usage updated?
ADSL usage is updated every 30 minutes
When is the mobile usage updated?
Mobile usage updates once the CDR records are received from the supplier.
