Open a web browser, input 10.0.0.138 (or gateway.2wire.net) into the address bar.
Click Broadband Link from the top navigation menu.
Click Advanced Settings, located directly below the Broadband Link tab.
In the Username field on this page, enter your Exetel username.
In the password field, insert your Exetel password.
In the confirm password field, insert your Exetel password.
Scroll to the very bottom, and click "Save".
The connection should then come online.
