Go to Applcations -> Settings

If you are having operating system 2.2x or 2.3x;

Go to Wireless and Networks -> Mobile Networks


If you are having operating system 4.x;

Click on More and go to Mobile Networks


Click on Access Point Names -> New APN

You need to change the following fields here.

Name - Exetel

APN - Use the Correct APN value based on your plan.

Authentication Type - You can use either none or PAP or CHAP


Once you save the settings, your new APN value will be listed and you can use that one.
