Step 1 of 6: Open your Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer).

Step 2 of 6: Clear the address bar and type the address http://10.0.0.138 to connect to the modem configuration page.

Step 3 of 6: Click on the Internet option in the Broadband Connection section.

Step 4 of 6: Click the Disconnect button. This button will then change to Connect.

Step 5 of 6: Enter your new Username and Password. (eg username@<state>.exetel.com.au).

Step 6 of 6: Click the Connect button. (This button will then change to Disconnect).
