How do I cancel ADSL service?

1. Log in to Members Facilities area

2. Click Manage Services option.

3. Select ADSL

4. Click on the Cancel Service option

5. Select the date you want to cancel your service and the other Exetel services (E.g. email and free web space) that you want to keep for ADSL service.

6. After reading the terms and conditions if you agree and understand them, select I agree.

7. Click the Cancel My Account button.

How do I cancel Mobile Broadband Service?

1. Log in to member’s facility

2. Select “Mobile Broadband / Mobile” menu

3. From the drop down menu, select “Terminate Service”

4. Select the date you wish to have the service canceled.

5. State whether you wish to keep your email and web services or not.

6. Read the terms and conditions and click on “Yes, I Agree” and then click on “Submit”.

For Fax Service:

Click Services - Fax option -> Select Manage Fax to Email option -> Click Delete button in front of the relevant telephone number.

For SMS Service:

Click Services - SMS option -> Select Manage Virtual Mobile Number option -> Click Cancel button in front of the relevant virtual mobile number.

For Mobile Service:

Click Services - Mobile option -> Select Disconnect Mobile Service option -> Click Cancel button for the relevant Mobile Phone Service.

For VoIP Service:

Click Services - VoIP option -> Select Change VoIP Service option -> Click Cancel button for the relevant VoIP number.

For Hosting Service:

Click Services – Hosting option -> Select Web Hosting option -> Click Delete button -> Click Delete Website button if you wish to terminate the hosted web site.

For Email Service:

Click Services – Hosting option -> Select Email Hosting option -> Click Delete button for the relevant email domain name -> Click Submit Termination button.

How can I cancel the eXe mail email service?

Go to Members Facilities area.

Click Manage/ Setup Email option -> Select View Email Account option.

Click the Delete button in front of the email account that you require to cancel.

How do I cancel the free hosting service?

If you wish to cancel the Free Web Space, you can do it by going back to the Member Facilities area.

1. Go to eXeTeL web site. http://www.exetel.com.au

2. Log in to the Member Facilities area using your User name and the Password.

3. Click the Web/Blog setup button.

4. Select Web Space Configuration option.

5. Click Delete Web space button.

6. Confirm Cancellation
