ADSL 1 transfer over to exetel with syncing problems

Summary - Connection has transferred over to exetel from Telstra, the modem and service was reporting 512/128. Testing via the speed test website also reports a 512/128connection.

- The service is a 1500/256 connection.

- On exetel systems it has shown to be activated/transferred correctly with the 1500/256 connection.

Solution

- Was due to the use of Traffic Shaper XP to limit uploads.

- Traffic shapper XP was limiting both the downloads as well as uploads to be set as the previous 512/128 connection.
