How does Exetel provide telephone services via Telstra?
You have the option of bundling up the telephone line with ADSL or Signing up for a Stand Alone telephone service.

How do I place an order for Telephone via Telstra?
If you need to order a Telephone service with ADSL (Bundled), you need to apply with the ADSL application.

What are the install/connection charges for a new telephone service?

Is there any monthly minimum spend?
No with the long distant call service, there is no minimum monthly spend. However, there's a monthly telephone rental.
Do these carry any SLA?
No, as these are residential grade services there is no Service Level Agreement.
