User Name: your ten digit telephone number@(state).exetel.com.au
Password: your ten digit telephone number plus the first two letters of your street address (IN UPPER CASE)
Examples: (if your street name was Smith St)

- VIC: Username - 0398765432@vic.exetel.com.au AND Password - 0398765432SM
