What is my user name and password for member facility?

Usually the user name for the member facility is your 10 digit telephone number and the password is either a randomly generated one or your 10 digit telephone number followed by the first two letters of your street address in upper case.


What is my user name and password for ADSL modem/router?

User Name: your ten digit telephone number@(state).exetel.com.au

Password: a randomly generated password that was sent to you or your 10 digit telephone number followed by the first two letters of your street address in upper case.

Examples:

- NSW: Username - 0298765432@nsw.exetel.com.au AND Password - a randomly generated password that was sent to you

- VIC: Username - 0398765432@vic.exetel.com.au AND Password - a randomly generated password that was sent to you

- SA: Username - 0898765432@sa.exetel.com.au AND Password - a randomly generated password that was sent to you
