Usually the username for the member facility is your 10 digit telephone number and the password is either a randomly generated one or your 10 digit telephone number followed by the first two letters of your street address in upper case .
What is my username and password for ADSL modem/router?
Username and password for ADSL modem/router is of the following format.
Username: your ten digit telephone number@(state).exetel.com.au
Password: a randomly generated password that was sent to you or your 10 digit telephone number followed by the first two letters of your street address in upper case.

1. Login to Members facility.
2. Click on My Details and select the Login Details option.
3. You can type your new password there and click on the change button.
