What is my username and password for member facility?
Usually the username for the member facility is your 10 digit telephone number and the password is either a randomly generated one or your 10 digit telephone number followed by the first two letters of your street address in upper case.
What is my username and password for ADSL modem/router?
Username: your ten digit telephone number@(state).exetel.com.au
Password: a randomly generated password that was sent to you or your 10 digit telephone number followed by the first two letters of your street address in upper case.
Examples:
- NSW: Username - 0298765432@nsw.exetel.com.au AND Password - a randomly generated password that was sent to you
- VIC: Username - 0398765432@vic.exetel.com.au AND Password - a randomly generated password that was sent to you
- SA: Username - 0898765432@sa.exetel.com.au AND Password - a randomly generated password that was sent to you
- WA: Username - 0898765432@wa.exetel.com.au AND Password - a randomly generated password that was sent to you
- QLD: Username - 0798765432@qld.exetel.com.au AND Password - a randomly generated password that was sent to you

What should I do if I do not remember my user name and pass word?
In case you don't remember your user name and pass word, you can simply talk to one of our engineers on 02 8030 1000 and option 2 and they will provide the credentials after verifying the ownership of the account.
